EXIM Bank Agricultural University, Bangladesh (EBAUB) has been established with the sole purpose of imparting quality education in the field of agriculture, so as to raise the level of education and trounce many agricultural problems in the Northern part of Bangladesh, the backward areas of the country. Situated in the district of Chapainawabganj, EBAUB is the only specialized Private University of the country that will provide international standard education program and will conduct agricultural research at the most reasonable cost to students.

Efficient and skilled manpower can play a vital role in transforming the economy and country to a higher level of productivity and standard of living. EBAUB is, therefore, established with an aspiration to prepare the students for acquiring greater responsibilities as administrators, teachers, professionals, researchers and others. Our vision is to lead the University as a standing of a Bangladesh's flagship, research-led university, which would be known for its excellence of teaching, research, and its service to our local, national and international communities. We, therefore, have qualified and experienced teaching faculty that would provide guidance to students. Apart from highly competent faculty, we shall also provide state of the art labs, aids, equipments and training facilities. We shall continue to upgrade our facilities and incorporate new ideas and techniques in our way of teaching, ensuring our students with the skills for life and work in a global economy.
